Frenulum Masturbation Explained: A Practical Guide from Someone Who Actually Does It

The Secret Sauce
Frenulum masturbation is an alternative masturbation method for men. It is very different to the standard way of masturbating with a closed fist. It actually resembles more the way women masturbate with their clitoris: just like women rub their clitoris with their fingertip(s), you rub your frenulum.
Searching the internet I was unable to find a single article that explains the rationale as well as the proper technique for frenulum masturbation. A search actually turns up many videos described as frenulum masturbation, but these usually show the man touching anything but his actual frenulum! In plain words, many of these guys that say they are masturbating their frenulum have no idea what the frenulum is.
It was this which prompted me to write not only this article, but an entire book developing this under-explored topic.
For starters, why even bother with a different method of masturbating, when you can use the good-old reliable fist?
Well, if you’re reading this then there’s a chance you’re not happy with using your fist in the first place. And for good reason. Researchers have established that jerking off—especially when this is done too often—is linked to all sorts of problems, including:
-injuries in the form of bruising or chaffing
-compromised, soft erections
-delayed ejaculation
-complete inability to orgasm with a woman
-a general numbing down of the penis’ sensitivity and ability to derive pleasure, which in turn is linked to
-a tendency for novelty seeking and excessive porn consumption
Frenulum masturbation was something that I discovered naturally, precisely because I understood that jerking off was damaging me, and because I suspected that there must be a better way.
Compared to masturbating the traditional way, the habit of frenulum masturbation has several advantages:
a) It almost always gives you a stronger erection. In fact, if you switch to frenulum masturbation, you will find it almost impossible to orgasm with a semi-erect penis.
b) The orgasms are stronger, longer and more enjoyable.
c) Because you apply feather-light pressure rather than the classic tight grip, you don’t compromise your penis’ sensitivity
d) This last point makes frenulum masturbation safe to use for men who struggle with delayed ejaculation, death grip, or any sort of difficulty reaching orgasm through vaginal sex. In other words, unlike classic jerking off, you can play with your frenulum as much as you want and not compromise your sex life in the least.
e) On the contrary, by switching from jerking off to the frenulum, the quality of your sex life will improve dramatically. Because you are no longer exerting abnormal pressure on your penis shaft, the receptors there come back to life, leading to an “aha” moment when you insert your penis in your partner’s vagina.
Here is the big secret nobody will tell you. Frenulum masturbation is a very simple technique that any man can achieve. But because most men masturbate with a frantic, tight grip, they have largely desensitized their penis. If they attempt to masturbate their frenulum the day after they have had sex or jerked off, then the most likely will not come anywhere near ejaculation.
The very first time you attempt it, you need to have gone a minimum of three to four days without finishing. So for three or four days you need to abstain from all masturbation and sex, to the point where your penis and testicles are full of sperm and blood. In this state, your body is so primed for release, that it might be able to ejaculate with this completely different method. If you try it before this, it simply won’t work.
With time, frenulum masturbation will become as quick and effortless as jerking off. But in the beginning, this will not be the case. The very first time you try to do this you will probably also require considerable time rubbing, perhaps 30 minutes or more. The second time you might require a little less, the third even less and so on, until after a few weeks (or months at the most) you will be able to masturbate with your frenulum multiple times a day and finish very quickly each time.
I hope you have found this information useful. If you are serious about mastering frenulum masturbation, I recommend you read my ebook, available in ebook and paperback on Amazon. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only serious treatment of the topic on the entire internet.
The frenulum is the small connecting piece of skin between the head of your penis (glans penis) and the shaft. It is one of the most richly innervated areas of the penis. Because the touch receptors on the frenulum are very dense and tightly packed, stimulating the frenulum is enough to reach orgasm, assuming it is done correctly (see next section).
The Practical Steps to Frenulum Masturbation
Now that you know what the frenulum is and where to find it, the rest is not rocket science. The core idea is to copy how women masturbate with their clitoris. So in two sentences, the instructions are these: 1) pretend you are a woman and your frenulum is a clitoris, and b) play with your frenulum exactly as a woman would play with her clitoris.
Most women masturbate their clitoris with one or two fingers, and it’s exactly the same with frenulum masturbation in men. The two fingers in question are the index finger on its own, or in combination with the middle finger.
Start by placing your index finger on the frenulum of your erect penis. If you are horny or sensitive enough, there is a good chance this will be enough to start hardening your penis after a few seconds. If this doesn’t happen, just start rubbing the area with the tip of your index finger, in soft, circular motions. Soon the penis will start to firm, and if you are like most, you will be surprised at just how fully erect and hard it becomes.
Once this happens, keep on rubbing as normal. Remember that you do not need to apply too much pressure. Your fingertip can be as light as a feather, barely touching the frenulum. This is the most sensitive part of you penis—it does not need excessive force.
Women also have a frenulum. This develops from the same basic tissue as the male frenulum, but under the direction of female rather than male hormones. In women, the frenulum is situated right next to the clitoris, and is also one of the most richly innervated structures in their genitals. When you realize that women also have a frenulum and you see how close it sits to their clitoris, it helps to put it into perspective that playing with your frenulum is the best way of reaching something similar to womens’ intense, prolonged orgasms.
